Exchange-Only Policy

At Brasileira, we take pride in offering high-quality products. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, we offer exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date. Please note that we do not accept returns or refunds.

Exchanging an Item

To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team through Instagram DM within 14 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, details about the item you wish to exchange, and the item you would like in exchange.
  • Return the Item: After receiving confirmation from our team, securely package your item(s) and ship them to the address provided. Please ensure the item is in its original condition with all tags attached.
  • Exchange Processing: Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will process your exchange. You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with sending the item back to us, and we will cover the shipping costs of sending the new item to you.

 Condition of Items for Exchange:

To be eligible for an exchange, items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges for items that show signs of wear, use, or damage. If an item is returned in a condition that does not meet these criteria, it will not be eligible for exchange, and the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item to them.
